Spoofing!

I keep getting this message through Microsoft. I don't get this through Gmail or Yahoo. Thoughts? "This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be. Learn about spoofing."

Thanks for reaching out to Emma Support! If you're seeing a banner message about spoofing, it means that authentication is failing somewhere. Here are a few things you can do to tackle something like this:

Whitelist Emma's sending domain and IP ranges (details at the link below):

Update your SPF record to include Emma:
