I had my IT department white list the IP addresses listed on the help page (, however, I am still getting my emails bouncing to my internal list. The email is coming from my company's domain ( to employees.

When I do a test message, they will go through initially, but after the second attempt they bounce.

I also have issues with email accounts automatically being opted out without the person actually clicking on the opt out link (this has happened to my email address multiple times).

Please let me know if there are additional things for my IT team to do on the server so I don't continue to have these issues with every mailing.

Hi there!

I took at look at your last internal mailing and there are a couple further things you could do that will likely improve your delivery rate.

The first thing I would do is update your SPF record.  This will legitimize your mailings from the perspective of your receiving server, essentially saying that you authorize the domain (Emma) to send those mailings on your behalf, and that it's not someone pretending to be you, which is a common spammers technique.  You can follow the instructions found here.

To be more specific with why your latest internal mailing (and I'm referring to the "Product - April #2 (BTS Shirts) (Internal)" mailing) had such a high bounce rate, I pulled the bounce report to take a more specific look.  The reason those mailings bounced were due to content filtering.  Most likely this is because you've used the infamous "$" symbol in your subject line.  This is normally advised against, as it looks like spam when it's being processed.  I would also advise against using the word "Free" in your subject line too for the same reason.

I've gone ahead and moved those contacts back to Active status so you should be fine to resend to them once you've updated your SPF record and altered that subject line.

Please keep me updated and feel free to ask me any further questions on this :)
