Still having problems comparing mailings

When I select campaigns and click on "Compare Mailings," I get an error message, and I have to log back in.

Hey there! I have a feeling that you're running into a bug in Emma's system. Currently, if you compare one set of mailings and then select another set of mailings and click compare, you're getting an error message and then are logged out - just like you're describing.

Our developers are aware of this and are working to get that fixed. I will make sure you are notified here just as soon as that problem is resolved.

In the meantime, an easy workaround is to refresh your page after you get a set of comparisons. You will then able to select additional mailings and get those results without any errors.

OK. Another question about this: Why can we only compare 5 mailings at a time? I need more. At least 10.

Right now, the app is only designed to allow for comparisons of 5 mailings at a time, as you know. I don't believe any change to this limit is in the works.

I've turned your question into an Idea here in community. This will give other Emma users a chance to weigh in and even "Like" the idea, which helps our developers know what changes will work best for the Emma Community.

Hi, Again!

I just wanted to make sure you were aware that the bug you were experiencing that was logging you out of Emma when you tried to compare a second set of mailings has been fixed! You can now compare set after set and not worry about having to log back into the app!
