Hi there -- There is a signup link by default in the footer of all gallery templates.

You can always add the signup tag [% signup_url %] to a button for a clear call to action in your mailing!

I added that button to a copy of your mailing called First draft - support copy if you'd like to check that out!

Is there a way for people to click a link like this and automatically signup the email address the message was sent to?

Hi! It sounds like you're looking for the Manage Preferences link, which populates the email field with the address the email was sent to originally. That link also lives in the footer of your Emma mailings, but you can emphasize it using a button like I did above. The tag you need for that link is [% manage_url %].
