This conversation is no longer open for comments or replies and is no longer visible to community members. The community moderator provided the following reason for archiving: EOL CLEANUP

Regarding Audience - Groups, and the subscribers in specific groups, is it possible to Archive that Group, then delete it, and by deleting it, deleting the subscribers in it, purging them from the subscriber count? Also, what is the next tier of service for us after 10,000 subscribers, as a non-profit? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Brian!

The best steps to take for archiving an entire group of contacts would be to first open the group so you can see the list of contacts within and then use the Actions dropdown to "Archive all". It's important to do this prior to archiving the group itself, as archiving a group does not archive the contacts within that group.

Regarding your billing plan, that is something that you'll want to reach out to your account manager on. If you don't have contact information for them, I can make sure they reach out to you directly. Just let me know if that is what you need!
