I have created an Employee Survey, I have some staff with emails, which isnt the problem, but what is the easiest way to have Staff members without company emails to access and insure that its only done once by each person?

Hi Leslee!

You should have no problem sending your survey (linked through your mailer) to any contact/email address, company email or not. The recipient/email address can also only take the survey once since the browser will remember a revisiting email address and direct it to the thank you page. However, this can be bypassed if the user clears their cache and cookies to their browser, or logs in from a different browser/computer. There's more info on our FAQs page here (

Also, we do integrate with Survey Monkey and they would close that loophole for users retaking a survey since thats their world. Our Survey Monkey FAQ's are here (

Let me know if this has given you the help you need, which path you chose and/or if it has raised any questions. I look forward to your reply!
