Sync-ing a single Kindful account to multiple Emma accounts

We have a single Kindful account, where we group or donors by the city they support our work in. We have the enterprise Emma product, and have individual accounts for each city. I need to sync our individual kindful groups to their specific Emma account.

I currently have our entire Kindful account, including all groups and contacts, syncing to a sub account, so if there is a way for groups in one Emma account to be pushed real-time to another Emma account, I think we could work around any issues with Kindful. I would want Kindful to sync directly with the primary sub account, and then within Emma have the group sync from one account to the other. Make sense?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated. I don't want manually re-update lists every time we need to send a campaign.

Hey there!

We don't have a system in place to share contact lists between subs.

A system like that could encourage list sharing that might be against our permissions policy, and so is not something that we allow in an automated process.

I'm not sure on the Kindful side if it would be possible to sync a single account to multiple Emma accounts.  From what I know about the way their sync works, I don't believe that you'd be able to sync different groups to different accounts, but it may be something to reach out to him about.

Our technical services team may be able to put something specific together for your setup.  I'm not 100% sure, but they are amazingly talented and have done even more complicated work.  If you'd like, I'm happy to pass your contact info to them and have them reach out to put a quote together for you.

Let me know!
