System Maintenance THURSDAY, 4/19 at 10:00pm

What?
We'll be performing system maintenance.

When?
Thursday night, April 19 at 10PM CST until 2:00AM CST (4/20).

Impact?
No application interruptions are expected but the maintenance block is being precautionarily scheduled since systems could potentially be affected.

If you're working late on Thursday night, perhaps take a break, stretch your legs a bit, and grab a cup of coffee, and we'll be back shortly.

Hi Grey, not sure if this is related, but starting about 15 minutes ago ("6pm Pacific on 4/18) I'm getting repeatedly interrupted by "Whoops, something went wrong. Click OK to reload."

I seem to be having the same issue. Tried sending a proof on an email I worked on yesterday and I'm getting the "Whoops, something went wrong" message. Didn't seem to have any problems with it yesterday.

It looks like if you hit cancel instead of OK, it will still let you send.

I reported this to support, but I'm also having issues inside the application. My issue is with exporting delivery details for a particular send. I'm trying to troubleshoot why my colleagues have not received any emails sent by Emma this morning. I can set up the export and it shows up in the list, but it never completes.

Great News! Our team was able to resolve the issue around the Campaigns section of the app. You should not have that experience moving forward, but if you do, just let us know.
