I would like to set up more team members to our account so we all have our own logins, but it looks like we have to assign a level that has a defined set of permissions. However, I'd really like to allow other users to export audience groups and that's currently not a permission on any level but primary contact, of which we can only have one. Can we select a level and then choose/remove permissions a la carte to satisfy our needs?
The current account permission levels are fixed and cannot be adjusted. And you are correct, only the primary user can export audience groups.
However, you'll find that the account permission levels are tiered in such a way that the Full Access can interact with all the tabs (Audience, Campaign, Response, Automation), and the access diminishes with each subsequently lower tier of permissions.
Some other Emma customers have requested the export ability to be available to more than one user, and I'm happy to submit a feature request for this on your behalf!
Hi! Similar to Allie, we have an org that would like to add "send" ability to user levels other than Full (specifically, to add "send" ability to any user level that can edit emails) - which it sounds like would be solved by Allie's suggestion, so I'm here to second that feature request. :)
