I am getting a fatal error in the template builder when attempting to edit the "Thank You" template on a customer's account. Ever since I added some javascript in it and saved it with an error I haven't been able to access the editor again. Here's the console errors I'm getting. I've also attached an image of the error for easier-on-the-eyes viewing:

Hey Dan -- Will you please let me know the name of the agency account in which you're working? That should be enough for me to jump in and check it out; no need to give the account ID.

Hey Dan -- I may be on the wrong track here, but it looks like the KRB NYC account is a professional account. Template Builder is only accessible from our agency accounts. Are you sure you're building that template in your account or are you trying to build a template somewhere else?

Let's do this...why don't you send an email to support@myemma.com with FOR EMILY in the subject line. Please include the username you use to log into your account. I'd like to confirm that I'm looking in the right place. If you can also include this screenshot and a text file of the code you're using, that will give me a nice jumpstart on troubleshooting!

Thanks!

Hey Dan! Thanks for the email - I understand now. I think the script that you added there just threw things off. I clicked to create a *new* sign-up form in your account and it looks like the default toolbar and everything are back in action there. I named it EMMA TESTING. Take a look there and let me know if you run into any more problems.

Thanks! I figured the code did something. That's a bit of a bummer that a javascript error in the editor can break the entire thing. Is there a way to salvage the previous one? Not because there was anything fixed, but I used the specific id on the site already. If not it's no big deal, I'll just need to be more careful before adding code in there.

Thanks again!

Hi Dan -- I can't find a way to restore your changes in that original sign-up form, unfortunately. I'll keep digging around, but at this point, I think recreating it is your best bet!
