I sent 2 "test emails" to my work email and personal. I even waited overnight and never received them in my inbox or spam.

Hey there! I took a look at your recent test sends. None of them bounced and we received word back from your mail server that all tests were successfully received. Since it didn't reach your inbox or spam folder, there's a good chance your mail server is holding on to the message.

I sent myself a test and received it in my inbox right away; it's likely that this issue is only for addresses with the same domain as your sender address (@law.sc.edu). You can resolve this by having your IT department whitelist:

The above link has all the info needed; once you've whitelisted, give it another shot! I am hopeful this will resolve things but if not, let me know and I'll be happy to help further.

None of my test emails are going through on the first try either! We are having process delays at my office due to this hold-up. The test email function has been very "hit or miss" for the past several days. Will you please take a look at our account, as well?

*** Update ***
Our test emails for some reason were getting caught in the spam filter so the sending/receiving issue is not on emma's side for us.

Hi there Anjali,

Did you check out the link that Andrew posted above?  If you Whitelist Emma on your servers, that will likely solve the problem that you've come against.

You also may look into having Emma added to your SPF record as an authorized sender for your domain.  You can find info on that here:
