Text boxes turn blue and newsletter loses formatting when forwarded

When I Forwarded the emails to our internal staff the bottom half our our newsletter had the text boxes turning dark blue making them difficult to read and losing formatting.  However, those that received it directly from the Emma portal did not have this problem?  Any thoughts on how to fix this:

Hello there! 

It sounds like you are using the 'forward' button within your email inbox to forward those mailings to your staff. Anytime you forward a mailing in this way, the email environment can take control of the formatting of the mailing, and there is no way to be able to control any changes that may occur in the mailing as a result.

If you will use the 'Share this email' option at the bottom of the mailing instead of the forward button in the inbox, the original formatting of the mailing will remain intact. You'll see an icon that looks like an envelope in the footer of your mailing.
