I am using the template "Blank with editable header." The email looks fine when I set it up on the Myemma website but when I mail a test to myself using Outlook 2010, the body and footer text are extending too far to the right beyond the banner. Is there a way to fix this?

Hey there! I wanted to let you know I am still troubleshooting that particular campaign with the text breaking into the right margin. The few tests I’ve ran here it looks like it is only happening in Outlook 2007; I’ll be sure to give you a shout once I’m able to uncover the issue.

Please let me know if you have any questions in the mean time.

Not sure about Outlook 2007. I'm using Outlook 2010 and that's where I'm having the problem. The email does look ok on webmail (Exchange and Gmail).

Good afternoon! I’m honestly not certain what was causing the stretching, but I rebuilt the campaign real quick from scratch and tested in both Outlook 2007 and 2010 with the campaign looking great. Please take a look at the campaign saved as EMMA TESTING and let me know if you still run into any issues.

Thanks!

Did not make any changes and just sent the email to myself and a colleague (both using Outlook 2010) and we are still having the same issue.

Good morning! Testing some more this morning it looks like the social buttons towards the bottom of the campaign are causing it to stretch in Outlook 2007. I’ve sent a note to one of our tech specialists to take a look and I’ll be sure to keep you posted once I hear back from her.

Removing the social icons block does solve the problem but I would like to have them there. Is there a fix?

Hello! It turns out there is a new issue with Outlook 2007 and four side by side images. Which of course is what those social icons include. I’ve noted your account as being effected by this and will be sure to keep you posted once this is fixed. In the mean time, so you can at least get your mailing out with those social icons included you’ll notice a campaign saved as EMMA TESTING - COPY with HTML block that is good to go. We replaced the social block with an HTML and will function in the same manner.

Thank you for your patience as we were troubleshooting and please let me know if you run into any troubles with that Emma Testing campaign.
