I tell you, the account is established in the time zone of Mexico City, and the implementation of the shots I make is from Argentina. Yesterday, I scheduled a mailing for today at 11:00 a.m. Spain / 4:00 a.m. Mexico and I see that the scheduled time of the mailing was not respected and the tool now contains another hour of programming. What happened?

Hi Meredith,

I'm sorry to hear you've run into inconsistencies.

We've just recently identified issues on our end that caused scheduling delays for emails that were scheduled overnight for this morning.

Our scheduled emails that were affected have been completing and catching up, so continue to keep an eye on the emails that should be sending.

You should not see any issues with scheduled emails moving forward as our systems team has resolved this early this morning.
