Since last week, I couldn't make a test sending with my campaign. Nothing happened when I hit the "Send Test" button. I tried with many other laptop/desktop at my office and my home, but still the same. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I need to send out the email soon. Thanks
We dug into your mailing and saw that on the "Send Test" panel, there is an extra space after the reply-to email address -- that was causing the test panel to just hang there. Removing that space will allow you to send a test to yourself before your mailing gets sent out.
