The time zone is set correctly for my account. If I schedule a mailing in advance, it goes out at the correct time. But my response reports show that each mailing went out 5 hours later than it actually did.
I just want to clarify some details with you so that I can dig into this. When you say response reports, are you saving the response details as a PDF or are you exporting the response to an excel file? Can you provide me with an example campaign so that I can take a peek at it on your Response page?
It's when I export to an Excel file -- I haven't tried saving to a PDF. Take a look at C in A March Monthly Email. The response page says it was sent at 8:30 AM, which is correct (EST) The downloaded "overview" says 7:30 AM CST, also correct. But if I download the compare emails report, it says it was sent at 1:30 PM. The two other emails I compared it to are also showing 5 hours late.
