There is a huge blank gap in the letter between the picture and the the text.

When editing a newsletter everything thing looks correct. Then when I go to review the newsletter there is a huge blank gap in the letter between the picture and the the text. I've tried to adjust this by editing the text and reducing padding on the pic. Nothing seems to make a difference. We have been sending out the email gap included, but it would be nice to not to have.

Thanks for writing us at Emma Support!

I took a look at some of your recent campaigns and was able to find exactly what you're talking about. Thankfully, there's a quick fix moving forward!

I see that you're working on the "Blossom's Fab Five: July 26-Aug 2 2016" campaign, and that the huge blank gap is appearing between the image of the folks attending the class and the text "#4 Blossom's Childbirth Prep series". 

You can quickly see that space by clicking "Preview" and going into Preview mode.

We want to find and eliminate that space. Here are the steps I took:

1) First, find the big blank space by viewing the campaign in Preview mode. I found it between the image and the text.

2) The blank space is being generated by spacing - which is not easy to see! - to the left of the image. There's *actually* manually-added spacing in there, even if it doesn't look that way. We want to get rid of it!

3) To find and delete this spacing:

a) Place your cursor right before the # in #4 Blossom's.

b) Use the up arrow on your keyboard to slowly page up. You should be able to page up the height of that image. For me, that was seven spaces.

c) Once again place the cursor right before the # in #4 Blossom's.

d) Press the delete key 7 times to delete that spacing.

4) Then, you can click Preview again and confirm that the spacing is no longer there!

Any time you  run into this issue, make sure your first step is to find that extraneous spacing, and then you can delete it and test that it is fully deleted by clicking Preview.
