There used to be an option to copy a sent mailing or to edit the original. Can I no longer edit the original?l?

I need to make edits on a mailing already sent. I realize the email preview will always have the typo but if they click on the mailing to view in a browser, I'd like that version of it, at least, to be correct. We also keep the web versions as an archive on our website, so I want that to also be correct. You used to be able to "edit the original" or make a copy but now that choice is gone!

Hi!

Phillip from Emma Support here! We did change the functionality there, but you can still duplicate that mailing. If you go to the "Sent" tab, then you just need to identify the mailing and then, click the dropdown on the right-side of the screen. You should see the option to duplicate there.

After you make your duplicate mailing, you can send yourself a copy and you will then have a new webview url to post for your archives.

I hope this helps, but just reach back out if you have any additional questions. - Thanks!
This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Old campaign can't be saved and edited- goes to response tab.

I want to open a campaign email that was sent this time last year, do a save as, and update it for this year with the same enclosed link. When I click it, it just goes to the response page and I can't open it.  Help...?

Hey there, we changed this functionality a couple of months ago.

Now you just need to click the arrow on the right and choose COPY or DUPLICATE and you'll get a brand new copy!

Let me know if you have any questions!
