Trigger email to account manager, rather than to contact?

I understand how to automate emails to contacts through trigger events. Is there a way to set the trigger to email the manager of the Emma account, rather than an email to the contact? 

For instance, I want to send an email that requests feedback from customers about recent service. The email basically has two buttons...The "Great job!" button will send the customer to a web page with links to our various review sites (Yelp, Google+, etc), but I'd like the "Service could have been better" button to trigger an email notification to the account manager so that they are aware of the negative feedback and can address it in a timely manner.

Is there a way to accomplish this through Emma? Thanks!

There won't be a way to set up a workflow to send to you rather than the recipient in that instance. Automation does allow for link-click triggers, but those are designed to send back to the recipient who clicked the link, rather than send to a different individual. There isn't currently a way to set up a notification around a single link in your mailing.

I'd recommend setting up 24-hour response summary email, which will send an email to you 24 hours after your mailing to let you know that response details are in. This can act as a great reminder to log in and view response data for a recently sent mailing.

In order to determine who clicked a specific link in your mailing, you'd need to head to the Response area in your account and look at the click responses for the individual mailing in question. The response can be filtered to view just the recipients who clicked a specific link in the mailing. There won't be a way to automate that process, though I'll definitely mention your idea to our product team- we love to get ideas like this so we can incorporate the ideas into our roadmap for future product updates!
