Trouble accessing survey results

I'm trying to access survey results with a survey that hasn't been completed yet. I have my settings selected to My Emma contacting me every day for updated survey results, but I'm not receiving these emails. Where can I go to access what customers have said already?

Hi There,
Your survey results would be listed in the response section of your account, under the response data for sent campaigns. I just hopped into your account, and it looks like this survey is still actively taking responses, so it is listed under the 'In Progress' tab and if you click on the drop down menu to the right there will be an option to view the survey responses. 

I would also like to note, that surveys are a feature that we are in the process of phasing out from accounts, although we do not have a set date for sunsetting the feature yet, but will be relying on our integration with SurveyMonkey to handle survey needs for Emma Customers.

Hello, I have the same problem, I am not seeing any results in the drop down menu. I see that we need to migrate out to Survey Monkey, but for this last little one, I would love to be able to see results. Thank you!
