Trouble sending after several attempts

We are experiencing problems sending out campaigns today. We have sent the same mailing twice..the first mailing showed zero deliveries, even though 152 were loaded. The second attempt never showed up. We obviously do not want to send a third time and are concerned about what happened. Can you please advise? Thanks!

Hi there -- I can see that you spoke to my teammate Damian this morning about this. He mentioned that the zero deliveries you were seeing there in your mailing response were actually due to a delay we were experiencing at the time in response data populating to your account. This happens occasionally when we're experiencing higher sending volume. Response delays have no impact on your sending ability, but they can make it a little tricky to see the progress of your mailing.

We're still seeing a slight delay in response data, but I can see that your account is all caught up. It looks like both of your attempts to send your "Coffee and Tea 819" mailing were successfull. Did those come through to your inbox? 

I'm happy to offer a credit to your account in light of you having to resend that mailing. Thanks!
