Trouble with date-based automated workflow

Hello, I'm trying to set up an automated workflow using a date-based trigger tied to one of the fields in our contacts' records: wedding date. First, I click "Date-based" and then Next... on the "Choose a date field" there aren't any options and searching does not return "Wedding date."

Hey there,

The date based triggers only work with the date picker contact field. It looks like you have it set up as a short answer (I looked at the "Bride" account). Create the wedding date with the date picker field. Once that is set up, you can either edit, or reimport your list with that contact field set up as a date only field. That means the "Date not set at this time" response would just need to be blank.
