Using chrome to send out mailing and I keep getting "Internal Servor Error".  Tried it on Firefox with no luck either.  It's basically an identical mailing that I've sent successfully before but with slightly different text/images/captions.

Hi there -- I got a whoops error as well when working in your Featured Works on Paper mailing, so I started there. I was able to send a test successfully after deleting and reinserting your header image. I'm not sure why that image was holding things up, but I know that sometimes copying mailings repeatedly can result in some strange behavior. I made those changes in a copy of your mailing titled "Featured Works on Paper - Emma Copy." You should be good to send from that copy now, or you can try deleting and readding that header image in your original copy!

I did also notice a fairly large image in that mailing. The bamboo image in the top row is 1.2mb and is loading up pretty slowly. That image is just a third of the width of your mailing, so 300 pixels wide would do just fine in that space!

Hi Calvary-Church -- Can you let me know what mailing you're having trouble with? I was able to successfully send a test of your most recently updated draft.

Hi there -- Just checking in. I hopped into your account first thing this morning and can see that you were able to successfully send that V-day mailing. Please let me know if you still need any help there!

Hi there -- Thanks for letting us know!

I found an image in your library that needed to be re-uploaded in order to send. That's due to a bug we've discovered in the application. We're working to resolve that and you can click to follow along here.

If you run into that error again, take note of any images in your mailing that may be older and have since been deleted from your image library. We now host your images on a cloud database, so deleting newer images from your library will have no affect on your sending ability.

I am having a similar problem. This mailing is also a copy. I have sent many other mailings that have been copied, with no problem. Please advise on how to fix this so the mailing will work. Thanks.

A Tech from Emma had me upload the images from my computer  into my library again.  She said they thought it was some issue where they switched server providers (or something)  The banner that I use in all my mailings was causing the problem, so I uploaded again, reinserted it into the email then the problem went away.  Hope that helps

Yes, you're on the right track here! Just to close the loop, I let Travel Salem know over here that they were running into that image bug as well. We'll be updating that conversation when the bug is resolved.

I'm using Google Chrome and Explorer and with the same problem. I did the News-Liquidação-04.02-Fem-TG-TN and News-Liquidação-03.02-Feminino-TG-TN twice and showed me the same message: "Internal Server Error". All images are in the library. I reduced all images to try to send the email, but still giving the same message. The news News-birthday-19:02 am managing to send normally. What should I do?

Hi there! I can see that you've already been working with my colleague Damian on this issue. I'm sorry we didn't get to you sooner here. He's out of the office today, so I'll fill you in here on what I know so far.

It looks like the issue here is that sending a split test with a Google Analytics name that has special characters will cause the split test to fail to send. So if you remove either the Google Analytics altogether or just the special characters from the Google Analytics name, the split test will send as expected.

Damian will reach out by email when this issue is resolved. Thanks for your patience!

I'm trying to make some edits to a few templates and when I go to save the new template, I'm getting "Internal Server Error."  Any advice for how to fix this issue?

Hi there -- It sounds like you might be running into a bug that we're discussing over here. I took a look at your mailing titled The Sinatra Experience and can see that the template used there does indeed have a hardcoded text block with formatted text -- bringing this bug into play.

You can click to follow that conversation for updates and to find out when this bug is fixed! There are some good workarounds suggested there, too. :) Thanks!
