Just created a Save the Date template with two columns. When I send a test email to my email address, I can only see it in one column. Is there a way to keep it in its original format on mobile devices?  I'm using Internet Explorer 11.0 to create.

Hi there -- Good question! Your 2-column layout is reformatting on your mobile device due to the mobile optimization built into that template. We build all of our gallery templates with that mobile responsiveness so that your emails look good and are easy to read on smart phones.

We know that 51% of all email is opened on a mobile device, so we try to design for that smallest screen first. Stacking the columns keeps the email width more appropriate for that mobile screen. Your readers won't have to scroll side-to-side on that narrow screen in order to read your save the date!

I hope this helps! If you're interested in learning more about designing your mailings with that mobile screen in mind, we do offer a service that will get you up to speed on the latest mobile email trends!
