Unable to download exported responses

Hi.  I'm not able to download exported responses.  I've attached a screen shot where the exports are listed, but can't download them.  I cleared my cache and cookies as was suggested in a similar post but the problem persists.  I get a 404 error (screen shot attached as well).  I also don't have the export option under my account (screen shot attached).  I know I'm missing something as a new user - would appreciate any help.  Diane

Hi there, 

I'm wondering if what you're running into has to do with the username that you're logged in with.  

In order to download exports, you need to be logged in as the "Primary Contact" for the account.  If you need to know who the Primary Contact is, click the Wrench and Screwdriver and head to the "Your Team" section.  This will tell you who the Primary Contact is.  

If you are logged in as the primary contact and still having issues, let me know and I'll pop in and take a look.

Hi Grey,

I checked Your Team and the permission says Full, but no primary contact.  See the attached screenshot.  Thanks for your help!

Sure thing!  It does look like the @patronmanager.com address is set up as the Primary Contact.  

You'll want to check in with whoever has access to that login and/or have your contact at PatronManager make you the Primary Contact for the account.
