Unrecorded Status???

The status of my email which I thought I sent yesterday is "unrecorded". I'm not showing any tracking results, so my assumption is that this email did not go out. Initially, I had it set up for a split test, hit send and then noticed I had a mistake in one of the subject lines, so within minutes of hitting send, I chose to send it automatically (before the split test began)...How do I confirm this didn't go out?

Hello!

We are experiencing a bug where, intermittently, split tests will fail to generate recipients to send to which just shows as in progress or completed with no recipient.

The mailing did not send out, it does not hurt to try again and immediately monitoring the response > in progress section. The best practice here would be to send as a normal review & send, however.

This is certainly a systematic issue we're experiencing and not any mistake on the user end.

We are actively working on this issue currently and I will certainly follow up with you when we can reach a resolution here.
