Can I see if someone tried to opt out and it didn’t work?

We had a lead message us that she has unsubscribed from our email letters multiple times and she keeps getting them. When I look at her profile today I see she just unsubsribed today. Is there anyway to see if she tried to do it earlier and it didn't work?

Hi Kimmy - great question. 

Emma only keeps the most recent opt-out info, since we have the ability to manually opt subscribers back in. I would suggest reaching out to this subscriber to confirm with her that her email is now in the opt-out list. The unsubscribe link is clearly working now, so there should be no further isues there. Hopefully that will put her at ease!
