We have been working hard with our development team and have an update on the import troubles we were seeing earlier.

For the last several weeks we have been reviewing our import data processes and released an update to that part of our system on the afternoon of August 28th. We immediately saw the speed improvements we were hoping for. Imports of over 100,000 addresses processed several times faster than we were used to seeing.

Sadly, the update introduced a few unexpected bugs to our import system. Those defects caused import headaches for our customers throughout the day on August 29th.

Our development team has now rolled back the original update. This means that imports are now working exactly as they did before our update on August 28th. The team will be reviewing the code, performing more test to make sure it is fully functional, and releasing that update once we are certain that it will only bring positive changes to our import processing.

We are sorry for the interruption this morning. Please email support@myemma.com if you are experiencing any lingering importing problems!
