Upgrading from Salesforce Professional edition to Enterprise

We just upgraded our Salesforce from Professional edition to Enterprise edition. Do I need to re-install Emma plug-in?

Hey there! We definitely recommend running through the Emma setup process in your new account. If the package is still installed in your SF org and your Emma Setup process currently reflects a "completed" status, you may not need to uninstall/reinstall the package. Rerunning the Emma setup process might be enough.

If you're still running into problems afterwards, you may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling, but to the best of our knowledge, rerunning the setup process is the only required step.
