We don't want new contacts created in MyEmma to sync to Salesforce. How do we setup the sync to accomplish this?

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out. Currently, once the Emma for Salesforce integration is connected, any new contacts created in Emma will sync to Salesforce.

By default, those new members will be added to Salesforce as Leads (if they do not already exist in your Salesforce audience), though the integration can be configured to add new Emma members as Contacts in Salesforce.
