Hi there!  Thanks for reaching out!

Outlook is always a fun topic.  And a tough one to deal with.

We actually have an entire article in our Resource Center devoted to trying to alleviate some of those issues:  https://support.e2ma.net/Resource_Center/Help_articles/Let's_talk_about_Outlook

If you're coding out your own emails, I know some folks will add in conditional statements to adjust the template for different environments.  Seems that yields mixed results.

I found this article from the Litmus user community that might be of help to you:  https://litmus.com/community/discussions/396-conditional-code-for-outlook

If you're interested in having someone from our design team check out your code, I can get you in touch with someone to get a quote or you can reach out via our services page at www.myemma.com/services

Cheers!

Grey

Thanks Grey. I have been speaking to someone in the design team and I'm getting a quote for rebuilding the design in Emma code. It shouldn't be this hard.

Agreed... hopefully Outlook will decide to play nicely with regular email code one of these days.
