All of the people we are sending the emails too are clients and we have their emails on file. The [Unverified Sender] makes it seems we are SPAMing our clients is there a way to remove this?
The [Unverified Sender] seems to be a function of your recipient's inbox and could be due to the sending domain. The first thing I would try here would be to update Emma to be a verified sender to see if this helps with emails landing properly in the inbox. I will include the article to our Resource Center below that details this.
