What happened to audience tab on our home page?

Trying to find a user in our database and can't find our "Audience" tab on the main home page. Where can I find it now?

Hi there! I hate to hear that you're running into this, so let's see if we can get this sorted out.

I hopped into your account and was able to work without interruption in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Can you let me know what happens if you visit this direct link to your Audience page: https://app.e2ma.net/app2/audience/? I did just refresh your Emma username settings, so you'll want to clear your cache & cookies on your current browser before logging in again.

If you're unsure how to clear your cache, Google "How do I clear my cache and cookies?", and the first few links should give step-by-step instructions. Then you can close out of your browser, restart your computer, and reopen your Emma account. Also, please ensure your browser is up to date, that JavaScript is enabled, and that there aren't any plugins or extensions that might interfere here. If you're still missing your Audience tab after completing the steps above, it would be helpful to know what browser version and device you're using. Once I have those details, I will be able to dig deeper into this for you.
