When I send out an email, it automatically creates an "online version" of the email that was sent, which is basically a web page with the email's content, so if people are having trouble viewing the email they can view the "online version." What is the security level of that "online version" web page - is it indexed by search engines? I want to make sure that it is highly secure, and if it is not, then how do I disable the "online version" from existing?

Hey Kristin! Those online versions are definitely not indexed by search engines and are indeed secure. And I mean secure in the sense that the only folks who would have access to this online view would be individuals who received the initial email and/or people who the email has been forwarded to.

Hopefully this helps put your mind at ease, but please let me know if you have further concerns. It definitely would be an option to have the online view removed as well. I’m more than happy to jump in and remove this from your template(s) if you’d like.
