When I type in the name of a new contact field to be used in a sign-up form, all of the text defaults to lowercase (or Sentence case). If I need an ALL CAPS acronym, it turns the text to all lowercase. Why does this happen and how can I control it/correct it? Thank you.

Hey there -- I hopped into your account to see if I could replicate this. When I go to create a new custom contact field, I'm able to type in all caps. The preview also shows all caps, but the field name turns to Testing after it's saved.

I'm going to loop in some colleagues here to see if this behavior is expected. I'll reach out here when I know more!

Hi again -- I checked in with our developer team and confirmed that this is actually expected behavior for contact field names. I'll go ahead and take note that you'd like to see this functionality expanded a bit!
