Thanks for reaching out. If I am understanding your question correctly, you are seeing in Google Analytics that specific links in your Emma mailing were clicked. But, when you view the response data in your Emma account, we show that those links were not clicked. Is that correct?

One thought that I do have is concerning the sharing of your campaign. Do you post mailings to your website or social media sites? This could create a difference because your Emma response page is focused on providing metrics related to action taken in a readers inbox. Links clicked after a mailing is shared or posted online are not tracked with our current response metric. This is a result of us presenting you with information concerning your current Emma audience.
