why are some email users with the same domain whitelisted and others aren't?

One of our clients is a bank - our main contact at the bank cannot receive her e-newsletters because she is "whitelisted" - however, some bank members can receive, and they all have the same domain.  Why is this?

Hi There,

That usually means that the email address, your main contact, has rule set up for their inbox that doesn't allow for Emma emails to get through. To check and change them the email Admin will need to look up the settings for that individual.
