Why do my segment headings keep reverting to underlined?

I create a heading of a segment - bold and caps - and save it - next time I open the draft campaign it is back to being underlined - this confuses with links (which should be underlined). I keep having to fix this. Why is this happening? I use Google Chrome Version 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit). Thanks Jirina

Hi Jirina!

I see where you just sent out a mailing this morning, so it looks like you may have resolved things.

If you're still having trouble, let me know the name of the mailing and the text you're having trouble with, and I'l be glad to take a look.

No - I did not resolve the issue - each time we make a change anywhere we have to go back in and fix the random underline of the titles that happened - sometimes all titles, sometimes only a couple. Just a big waste of time to have to go back and fix it each time.
How can we avoid this?
Thanks
Jirina

Hi there,

I would suggest having a template built out by our Service team that has the styling that you would like. That way it is built into the template code, and will retain the settings better. Let me know if you are interested in that!

Otherwise, I have added you to the feature request to be able to set up and hold style formatting in the editor. I find that if you delete all of the originally styled text (delete it all), then it will revert. A not so ideal trick is to delete all but one letter, type in what you need and then go back and delete the first letter. Again, far from ideal, but it is a workaround.

We are working to put in better styling tools in the editor. Things like color, no underlining links, font, tables and dividers...these are the things we are working towards better control of.

Let me know if you have questions or if you want to speak to one of our designers.
