Why does it take so long to delete a large group of "Opt out" or "Error" contacts? I tried and just get the spinning wheel.

Hi Jeff,
How many contacts were you trying to delete when this was happening? It can definitely take a minute to update a large amount of contact records to an archived status, and a substantially large number can definitely add to that time. That being said, a large amount of cached data in your browser can slow things down when navigating the app, so I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies and see if that improves the performance of archiving contacts.
