Under my Ecos account I created a lightbox form to appear on the site, ecosprez.com. However, the one that appears is different than the one I designed in Emma. The form fields are green and small. I double checked and the code is correct. Please help!

Hi Christina,

Thanks for reaching out!

I took a look at your account and you are correct, the code within Emma has been generated correctly. Great work, there!

When tested in a neutral site, these issues don't appear.

This is because there is a conflict between the small amount of code that powers our lightbox form, and the code that powers your website, http://www.ecosprez.com

Because the fields on your site are green, there's some code that is causing our lightbox's fields to be green as well. That code, is changing, or overriding, the original code of the lightbox form.

You'll need to work with your web development team to resolve this issue.

Hope this helps point you in the right direction, Christina!

All the best,

Adrienne
