Why is so difficult to cancel our account?

I've called during business hours twice, waited 15min on hold, left a message and still nothing.  Emma has been a great help but we are moving on.  We have been charged two consecutive months since I requested to close our account and no email or call.  Please contact us.  There should be a way to cancel our account without having to go through the phone labyrinth.  It might help with retention, but it sure frustrates customers who are canceling.

Yes and I tried to call back to the number left and was forced into the phone labyrinth again.  I've also emailed you and support with a direct phone number.
