Bug confirmed with Nokia Lumia 925 8.1 Windows phone on browserstack, reported on Nokia Lumia 920 8.1 Windows phone

After submitting the Javacript embed form with windows phone the user is brought to the form page (as if no input had been received) instead of the confirmation page.  This behavior is unique to the Windows phone as all other devices have no issue transmitting the form values.

JS Embed call:

Thanks for hanging in there! I've been talking with the rest of my team, our Technical Support Specialist and some developers and learned that you won't have the best experience with our signup forms using the Nokia Lumia, which is not a widely used phone model. There are so many phones and models that recreating tools for each iteration isn't scalable, and so we've focused our work on the most popular phones based, in part, on user feedback.

If we start hearing from others that this is the type of phone they're using when trying to submit through a signup form, we'll certainly take a closer look at the phone's usage and how our tools work on it. I'm so glad you took the time to document this!
