Workflow Performance Reporting

I'd like to get historical performance data on our workflows instead of cumulative performance. Cumulative doesn't show me if certain times of year perform better than others, OR if our current campaigns are losing luster and need updating.

Is there a way to, say, set a time frame, and pull relevant performance data for that period of time? Like say the previous week or the prior month?

Hello Pamela,

Have you tried clicking on the "Response" tab and then clicking on  "Compare Mailings" or "Reports" on the left hand side? This may give you what you are looking for.

Hi Pamela, 

While you could sort response data for clicks, opens, etc... for automated mailings, I think a better use of your time would be to segment based on response data. You could segment based on time ranges for individual mailings to get performance metrics for opens and clicks.
